Webinar: How jaw growth affects sleep Watch now →

The first clear aligner
system designed for
your airway

A doctor-guided system that straightens teeth, improves jaw position, and creates more space for the tongue to support better airway function, breathing, and sleep.

  • Straighter teeth
  • Healthier breathing
  • Improved jaw position
  • Better sleep
  • Reduced snoring

Powered by Airligners

A new class of clear aligner engineered to straighten teeth, reposition the jaw, and increase airway space.

Traditional clear aligners move teeth within the space you already have. Airligners straighten teeth while repositioning the jaw forward, increasing tongue space and opening the airway to support better breathing. Made from best-in-class, medical-grade materials built specifically for airway-focused treatment planning.

Millions of adults live with chronic symptoms that no one has been able to fully explain or resolve.

  • Fatigue
  • Poor sleep
  • Nasal congestion
  • Teeth grinding
  • Jaw tension
  • Headaches
  • TMJ
  • Neck pain
  • Snoring
  • Brain fog
  • Facial changes
  • Anxiety

Most adults dealing with these symptoms have spent years being told it is normal, often from childhood. What the medical system has missed is that the root cause of these symptoms is often underdevelopment of the jaw and airway.

We're doing things differently

Toothpillow Adult was developed by airway-focused dentists and orthodontists as a guided system that straightens teeth, positions the jaw forward, and opens the airway. It is designed to improve upon the growth that was missed during childhood development and retrain the muscles that support long-term stability of the teeth, the bite, and the airway.

How treatment works

  1. Person taking an online clinical screening assessment

Answer a short clinical screening form so your care team can determine whether aligner treatment is appropriate for you before any appointment is scheduled.

  2. Patient receiving a 3D dental scan at a partner office

One in-person records appointment for a comprehensive exam and 3D scans. This is the information your clinical team needs to build a plan specific to your anatomy.

  3. Dentist reviewing a custom treatment plan with a patient

Your airway-focused dentist builds a plan around your anatomy, your airway, and your goals. Every plan is specific to you. You review the full plan, ask questions, and approve it before anything moves forward. Nothing begins until you are ready.

  4. A Toothpillow treatment box prepared for the patient

Your box is prepared based on your approved plan and ready when you are. From this point, most of your care is managed remotely, with your clinical team monitoring progress throughout.

For adults who want more from their smile, their sleep, and their health.

Most adults living with these symptoms were told they were normal, their concerns were manageable, and their options were limited. All three of those things can be wrong at once.

  • You want a straighter smile or better facial structure

You may have already had braces and watched your teeth shift back over time. You want to understand why that happened and do something more complete.

  • You snore, mouth breathe, or wake up exhausted

You may use a CPAP and still do not feel rested. You want to address why this is happening, not manage it indefinitely.

  • You carry jaw tension, headaches, or chronic fatigue

You have been told it is stress, aging, or just how you are. You have suspected for years it was something more physical than that.

  • You have seen multiple providers and gotten partial answers

Bite guards, medications, referrals. Each addressed one piece without solving the problem. You want to understand what they all have in common.

  • You track your sleep and recovery.

You know about mouth breathing and jaw development. You are looking for clinical care that addresses function at the source, not a product that manages symptoms.

You’re not too late.
